YachtCall Email support

HERE FOR YOUR CREW

A clear way
to get help.

Help with your YachtCall account, crew apps and service pucks. Start with your yacht administrator for access and onboard setup, or contact us for technical support.

For ordinary guest service. YachtCall is not an emergency, safety or distress system. For urgent help, use your yacht’s established onboard communication and emergency procedures.

THE ESSENTIALS

Start in the right place.

01 / YOUR ACCOUNT

Accept your invitation.

  1. Your yacht administrator arranges your access and sends an invitation to your account email.
  2. Open that invitation privately. Set up your password and authenticator when prompted. If you already have a YachtCall account, sign in to accept the invitation.
  3. Use the same account email to sign in to the iPhone and Watch apps. Ask your administrator if the yacht or notification group is missing.

02 / YOUR CREW APPS

Check the connection.

  1. Install the YachtCall build provided for your yacht and its matching Apple Watch companion.
  2. Sign in, select your assigned yacht when prompted, and allow the notifications you want to receive.
  3. Keep the relevant devices connected. Watch alerts depend on notification permissions, connectivity and the current iPhone/Watch state.

03 / YOUR PUCKS

Pair with your administrator.

  1. Use only an approved YachtCall puck that your administrator has confirmed is ready for setup.
  2. On iPhone, open Settings → Add Puck. Follow the QR, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi steps for the assigned yacht, room and group.
  3. Confirm the puck’s first check-in and correct room in Yacht Admin. A setup screen alone does not confirm that the puck is ready.

A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Find your
next step.

I haven’t received an invitation.

Ask your yacht administrator to check the account email, invitation status and mail delivery. Check your spam folder too. Expired or revoked invitations need a new invitation from the administrator; forwarding another person’s link will not give you their access.

I can’t sign in or use my authenticator.

Use your account email and password. Enter the current code from your authenticator, or an unused recovery code if you saved one. The Bluetooth pairing code on a puck is different. Use “Forgot password?” in Yacht Admin for password recovery. If your authenticator and recovery codes are unavailable, contact your administrator or YachtCall support for assisted verification.

My Watch isn’t showing an alert.

Open YachtCall directly to check the request’s current state. Check notification permissions, the installed Watch companion, sign-in and connectivity. Ask your administrator to confirm your yacht and notification-group membership. Report the time and request ID if an expected alert is missing; avoid creating repeated service requests as a test.

A puck appears offline or setup is incomplete.

Check stable power and your yacht’s approved 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and internet connection. Ask the administrator to inspect the puck’s room assignment and last check-in. Keep the current screen or error message for support. Do not repeatedly reset, remove or pair a claimed puck unless your administrator has coordinated the recovery.

How do I change crew access or leave a yacht?

Your yacht administrator manages crew access and notification groups in Yacht Admin. Ask them to update your membership. Removing yacht access does not automatically erase your account, service history, audit records or backups. For account or personal-data requests, see Crew privacy or contact support.
